摘要
目的:分析低频电穴位刺激联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗便秘型肠易激综合征(IBS-C)的效果。方法:研究对象为2020年3月—2022年3月庆阳市环县人民医院收治的64例IBS-C患者,根据随机数字表法分为参照组和观察组,各32例。参照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组在参照组基础上给予低频电穴位刺激治疗。对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率较参照组高(P=0.039)。治疗后,两组中医症状评分较治疗前低,且观察组较参照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肛管静息压较治疗前高,且观察组较参照组高,两组直肠最大耐受量、直肠感知阈值较治疗前低,且观察组较参照组低(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:低频电穴位刺激联合枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗IBS-C的效果显著,可改善患者症状,增强肠动力,调节胃肠道功能,且安全性较高。
Objective:To analyze the effect of low-frequency electrical acupoint stimulation combined with mosapride citrate in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-C).Methods:The study subjects were 64 IBS-C patients admitted to Qingyang City Huan County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2022.They were divided into observation group and reference group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with mosapride citrate,and the observation group was treated with low-frequency electrical acupoint stimulation on the basis of the reference group.The treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P=0.039).After treatment,the scores of Chinese Medicine Symptom in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anal canal resting pressure in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and this index in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,while the rectal maximum tolerated dose and rectal perception threshold in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and these indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-frequency electrical acupoint stimulation combined with mosapride citrate has a significant effect in the treatment of IBS-C,and can improve patients'symptoms,enhance intestinal motility,regulate gastrointestinal function,and have high safety.
