摘要
目的:探讨24 h动态血压监测在中青年新发高血压患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月上海市长宁区天山中医医院收治的120例中青年新发高血压患者作为观察组,将同期健康体检人群120例作为对照组。两组均实施血压检测,比较两组24 h偶测血压、动态血压以及观察组不同高血压分级患者偶测血压、动态血压。结果:观察组偶测血压、24 h血压、白昼血压、夜间血压高于对照组,两组24 h血压、白昼血压、夜间血压均低于同组偶测血压,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组3个亚组(高血压Ⅰ级组、高血压Ⅱ级组、高血压Ⅲ级组)24 h血压、白昼血压、夜间血压均低于同组偶测血压,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:24 h动态血压监测在中青年新发高血压患者中的诊断价值较好,可帮助医师精确掌握患者整日血压变化,从而指导患者进行合理治疗。
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring in young and middle-aged patients with new hypertension.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty young and middle-aged patients with new hypertension admitted to Shanghai Changning District Tianshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the observation group,and one hundred and twenty healthy people who underwent physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood pressure was measured in both groups,and 24 h occasional blood pressure and ambulatory blood pressure were compared between the two groups and patients with different hypertension grades in the observation group.Results:The occasional blood pressure,24 h blood pressure,daytime blood pressure and night blood pressure of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the 24 h blood pressure,daytime blood pressure and night blood pressure of the two groups were lower than the occasional blood pressure of the same group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the 24 h blood pressure,daytime blood pressure and nighttime blood pressure of the 3 subgroups in the observation group(hypertension groupⅠ,hypertension groupⅡand hypertension groupⅢ)were lower than those in the same group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is of good diagnostic value in young and middle-aged patients with new hypertension,which can help doctors accurately grasp the blood pressure changes of patients throughout the day,so as to guide patients to conduct reasonable treatment.
