摘要
目的在自体动静脉内瘘护理中应用喜疗妥,并分析其应用效果。方法回顾性选取2021年3月—2023年9月天津医科大学附属宝坻医院进行血液净化治疗的118例终末期肾脏病患者的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同,将其分为两组,各59例。对照组采取保护自体动静脉内瘘相关护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,进行红外线照射并外涂喜疗妥软膏。对比两组的疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者的疼痛情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者感染、血肿、皮肤瘀斑、局部出血等并发症发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在自体动静脉内瘘护理中应用喜疗妥可减轻患者疼痛程度,减少并发症发生,提高长期血液透析患者的生活质量,应用效果良好。
Objective To apply Hirudoid in the nursing of autologous arteriovenous fistula,and to analyze its applica⁃tion effect.Methods The clinical data of 118 patients with end-stage renal disease who underwent blood purification treatment in Baodi Hospital Affiliated to Tianjin Medical University from March 2021 to September 2023 were retro⁃spectively selected.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into two groups,59 cases in each group.The control group was given nursing measures to protect autologous arteriovenous fistula.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was given infrared irradiation and external application of Hirudoid ointment.The pain and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The pain of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as in⁃fection,hematoma,skin ecchymosis and local bleeding in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Hiru⁃doid in the nursing of autologous arteriovenous fistula can reduce the pain degree of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients with long-term hemodialysis,and the application effect is good.
