摘要
银杏主要组成部位是叶、种皮和果实,主要食药用部位是叶和果实,作为一种药食同源植物之一,具有丰富的食用价值和药用价值。银杏多糖作为银杏不同部位中的重要组成成分之一,是一种纯天然多糖,具有抗衰老、调节免疫、抗癌、抗氧化和降血糖等多种生物活性,未来在功能保健食品和医药用品领域具有广阔的发展前景。文章系统地对银杏不同部位(银杏叶、银杏种皮、银杏果)多糖的提取纯化方法、结构、生物活性及结构特征与生物活性的关系进行阐述,并对银杏不同部位多糖目前有待解决的问题及未来发展方向进行概述,旨在为银杏不同部位多糖的综合性利用提供理论参考。
The main components of Ginkgo biloba are leaves,seed coats and fruits.The main edible and medicinal parts are leaves and fruits.As one of the medicinal and edible plants,Ginkgo biloba has rich edible and medicinal value.Polysaccharide,as one of the important components in different parts of Ginkgo biloba,is a kind of pure natural polysaccharide.It has many biological activities such as anti-aging,immune regulation,anti-cancer,anti-oxidation and hypoglycemic.It has broad development prospects in the field of functional health food and medical supplies in the future.In this paper,the extraction and purification methods,structure,biological activity and the relationship between structural characteristics and biological activity of polysaccharides in different parts of Ginkgo biloba (Ginkgo biloba leaves,Ginkgo biloba seed coat,Ginkgo biloba fruit) were systematically described.The problems to be solved and the future development direction of polysaccharides in different parts of Ginkgo biloba were summarized in order to provide theoretical reference for the comprehensive utilization of polysaccharides in different parts of Ginkgo biloba.
