摘要
随着现代工业和建筑科技不断发展,人们的环保节能意识逐渐增强。建造工期短、施工精度高、气候适应性强、节省劳动力的装配式建筑受到极大青睐。各地也出台了多项相关技术扶持政策。随着装配式设计流程精细化及构件模块种类、数量增多,施工工艺复杂化,装配式建筑设计的精确度要求和数量化、可视化需求也越发强烈。为实现更加精细化、便捷的装配式建筑数字化成本管控的目标,本文以江苏某装配式高中教学楼项目为例,利用BIM技术的土建计量的方法,研究BIM土建计量平台软件在预制装配式建筑图纸智能识别中的应用,最终实现了装配式建筑从二维到三维的工程信息建模和土建计算。
With the continuous development of modern industry and construction technology,people’s awareness of environmental protection and energy conservation is gradually increasing.Prefabricated buildings with short construction periods,high construction accuracy,strong climate adaptability,and labor saving are highly favored.Various localities have also introduced a number of relevant technical support policies.With the refinement of the prefabricated design process and the increase in the types and quantities of component modules,as well as the complexity of construction processes,the precision requirements,quantification,and visualization requirements of prefabricated building design have become increasingly strong.In order to achieve a more refined and convenient digital cost control of prefabricated buildings,taking a prefabricated high school teaching building project in Jiangsu as an example,this study uses the civil engineering measurement method of BIM technology to study the application of BIM civil engineering measurement platform software in intelligent recognition of prefabricated building drawings,finally,achieves engineering information modeling and civil engineering calculation from 2D to 3D for prefabricated buildings.
