摘要
目的探讨产后盆底康复护理在产后盆底功能障碍(PFD)患者康复中的应用效果。方法选择济南市第五人民医院2021年1月至2023年6月收治的88例产后PFD患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(44例,常规康复护理)与观察组(44例,常规康复护理+产后盆底康复护理),比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组盆底功能康复总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组盆底肌力优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论产后PFD患者采取产后盆底康复护理,可更好地提升盆底肌力,改善盆底功能恢复效果,具有较高的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing in the rehabilitation of patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD).Methods A total of 88 patients with postpartum PFD admitted to the Fifth People’s Hospital of Jinan from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected for the study.They were divided into control group(44 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing)and observation group(44 cases,routine rehabilitation nursing+postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing)by the random number table method.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of pelvic floor function rehabilitation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation nursing for postpartum PFD patients can better enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,improve pelvic floor function recovery,with higher satisfaction.
