N-己酰基-L-高丝氨酸内酯促进微藻生物膜生长研究

摘要 调节微藻生物膜的增殖生长是解决微藻附着式培养挑战的重要途径。利用小球藻研究了N-己酰基-L-高丝氨酸内酯对载体表面微藻生物膜增殖生长性能的影响。结果表明,通过在增殖生长阶段投加C6-HSL可以加快生物膜生物量的积累速度,提高稳定期生物膜生物量的上限。C6-HSL通过促进小球藻EPS,提高微藻代谢水平的同时,改变了微藻生物膜的表面结构,实现了增殖生长的提升。同时C6-HSL可以促进微藻生物膜对C,N,P的吸收能力,提高其去污能力。研究成果可为利用信号分子调控微藻生物膜系统的运行提供支撑。 Regulating the proliferative growth of algal biofilms is an important approach to address the challenges of attachment-based algal cultivation.In this study,Chlorella vulgaris was used to investigate the influence of N-hexanoyl-L-homoserine lactone(C6-HSL)on the proliferative growth performance of algal biofilms on the carrier surface.The results demonstrate that the addition of C6-HSL during the growth phase accelerates the accumulation rate of biofilm biomass and increases the upper limit of biofilm biomass during the stable period.C6-HSL promotes the secretion of extracellular polymeric substances(EPS)by Chlorella vulgaris,thereby enhancing algal metabolism and altering the surface structure of the algal biofilm,resulting in improved proliferative growth.Additionally,C6-HSL enhances the absorption capacity of algal biofilms for carbon,nitrogen,and phosphorus,thereby enhancing their pollutant removal capability.These research findings provide support for the utilization of signal molecules in regulating the operation of algal biofilm systems.
