基于加速度传感的汽车健康系统设计

Design of Automotive Health System Based on Acceleration Sensing

摘要 阐述采用加速度传感芯片实现汽车行驶健康监控功能。提出将一种基于高精度集成电路器件内置在汽车轮胎内。集成电路的功能包括双轴加速度MEMS能采集汽车在行驶过程中的加速度数据,通过信号放大,噪声滤波处理,再利用MCU部分进行算法计算,确定汽车制动次数、汽车轮胎运行圈数与汽车行驶速度等信息,经过无线传输给ECU来监控汽车的健康状况。 This paper expounds the implementation of vehicle driving health monitoring function using acceleration sensing chips.It proposes to embed a high-precision integrated circuit device inside the car tire.The functions of integrated circuits include dual axis acceleration MEMS,which can collect acceleration data of the car during driving.Through signal amplification,noise filtering processing,and algorithm calculation using the McU part,information such as the number of times the car brakes,the number of tire runs,and the speed of the car can be determined.It is wirelessly transmitted to the ECU to monitorthehealth status ofthe car.
