摘要
从人文反思的视角看,量化知识是技术治理的重要工具。由于技术治理在当代社会流行,量化知识随之蓬勃发展。量化知识与社会之间呈现相互建构的复杂关系,尤其体现在量化知识的生产受到权力影响,同时量化知识的运用支撑权力运作。在经济量化、行政量化、教育量化、医学量化、科学量化和大数据时代的量化等具体领域中,量化知识与权力均关系密切。在中国语境下审度量化知识,应当转向科技谦逊主义的基本立场,辩证看待量化知识与权力的相互作用关系,警惕量化治理可能带来的社会风险,形成具有中国特色的量化知识观,以服务于国家治理体系和治理能力现代化为根本宗旨。
From the perspective of humanistic reflection,quantitative knowledge is an important tool for technical governance.Its proliferation coincides with the widespread adoption of technical governance in contemporary society.Quantitative knowledge and society have mutually constructed each other,especially in the sense that the production of quantitative knowledge is influenced by so-cial power,while the utilization of quantitative knowledge may reinforce existing power struc-tures.The close relationship between quantitative knowledge and social power is observable across various domains including economic,administrative,educational,medical,scientific,and big data quantification.To explore quantitative knowledge in the Chinese context,it is imperative to embrace a humble view of science and technology,examine the interaction between quantitative knowledge and social power from a dialectical and careful stance,be aware of the social risks that may arise from quantitative governance,and form a view of quantitative knowledge with Chinese characteris-tics,with the fundamental purpose to serve the modernization of China's national governance.
