Effect of Cold Compress Therapy Combined with Family Group Postpartum Health Education on Postpartum Perineal Pain Scores and Sleep Quality of Parturients

摘要目的探讨冷敷垫治疗结合家庭群组式产后健康教育对产后会阴疼痛评分和产妇睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2020年2月—2023年2月本院收治的88例初产妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。其中,对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用冷敷垫治疗结合家庭群组式产后健康教育护理模式,比较两组产妇产后的会阴疼痛评分、水肿程度、产妇舒适度、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及产妇对新生儿主观幸福感量表评分。结果两组产妇产后48h会阴疼痛评分及水肿程度均降低,且观察组降低程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的舒适度、产妇对新生儿主观幸福感量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冷敷垫治疗结合家庭群组式产后健康教育可有效降低产妇的会阴疼痛及水肿疼痛,提高产妇的睡眠质量,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore effect of cold compress therapy combined with family group postpartum health education on postpartum perineal pain scores and maternal sleep quality.Methods The paper chose 88 primiparous women admitted to obstetrics and gynecology department of Nantong City Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2020 to February 2023,and divided them into control group and observation group with random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with cold compress therapy combined with family group postpartum health education nursing model.Perineal pain scores,edeMA degree,maternal comfort,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,and maternal subjective well-being scale scores were compared between two groups.Results Perineal pain scores and edema degree decreased in both groups of postpartum women at 48 hours,reduction degree in observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scores of observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).Comfort level and subjective well-being scale scores of newborns in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cold compress therapy combined with family group postpartum health education can reduce perineal pain and edema pain of parturients effectively,and improve sleep treatment,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
