摘要
目的研究老年脑梗死护理中早期精细化干预对患者自护能力、运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法选取2022年1月—2023年1月本院收治的80例老年脑梗死患者为研究样本,随机分为对照组(40例)与研究组(40例),对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组采取早期精细化干预。比较两组干预前后自护能力(ESCA)评分、运动功能(FMA)评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分、神经功能(NIHSS)评分。结果干预前,两组ESCA、FMA、SF-36及NIHSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组ESCA、FMA、SF-36评分升高,NIHSS评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);较对照组,研究组干预后ESCA、FMA、SF-36评分更高,NIHSS评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年脑梗死患者的护理过程中,实施早期精细化干预策略展现出显著的疗效。该方法不仅能够进一步巩固并增强患者的自我护理能力,更有助于促进运动功能及神经功能的迅速恢复。同时,通过早期精细化干预,患者的生活质量也得到了显著提升。
Objective To study effect of early refined nursing intervention on self-care ability,motor function and life quality of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The paper chose 80 elderly patients with cerebral infarction from January 2022 to January 2023 as observation subjects,and divided them into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)randomly.Control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while study group with early refined intervention.Selfcare ability(ESCA)scores,motor function(FMA)scores,life quality(SF-36)scores,and neurological function(NIHSS)scores were compared between two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in ESCA,FMA,SF-36,and NIHSS scores between two groups(P>0.05).ESCA,FMA,and SF-36 scores of two groups were higher than before intervention,NIHSS scores were lower,with significant difference(P<0.05).Study group had higher ESCA,FMA,SF-36 scores and lower NIHSS scores after intervention than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Early refined nursing intervention can achieve significant effect for elderly patients with cerebral infarction,can enhance self-care ability further,promote fast recovery of motor and neurological functions,and improve life quality of patients.
