摘要
目的探讨闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者联合采用超声乳化与房角分离术的效果。方法选择2020年5月—2023年5月本院收治的闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者54例,按照数表随机的方式进行分组,对照组(n=27)行超声乳化联合小梁切除术,研究组(n=27)应用超声乳化技术联合房角分离术治疗,对比两组手术疗效,检测患者手术治疗前后的视力与眼压等,并统计两组的并发症。结果研究组手术治疗总疗效率高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后研究组患者的视力、中央前房深度、房角宽度均高于对照组,而其眼压则较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症率较对照组的更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭角型青光眼合并白内障予超声乳化联合房角分离术治疗的疗效可靠,可降低患者眼压、恢复患者视力,值得推广。
Objective To explore effect of combined phacoemulsification and angle separation surgery for patients with angle closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods The paper chose 54 patients with angle closure glaucoma complicated with cataracts admitted to our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly according to numerical table.Control group(n=27)was treated with phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy,while study group(n=27)with phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery.Surgical effect between two groups was compared,visual acuity and intraocular pressure before and after surgical treatment was measured,and complications between two groups was statistically analyzed.Results Total curative efficiency of surgical treatment in study group was 96.30%,higher than control group(P<0.05).Visual acuity(0.73±0.10),central anterior chamber depth(3.81±0.31)mm,and angle width(3.96±0.34)°in postoperative study group was higher than control group,while intraocular pressure(16.34±1.74)mmHg was lower than control group(P<0.05).Complication rate in study group was 7.41%,lower than control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery can achieve effect reliable for angle closure glaucoma with cataract,can reduce intraocular pressure and restore visual acuity of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
