摘要
目的观察在发热门诊患者中实施规范化护理健康教育的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月—2023年5月本院发热门诊110例患者,随机将其分为两组,每组55例,对照组实行常规护理,观察组则开展规范化护理,对比两组的运用效果。结果观察组健康知识知晓率高于对照组;护理满意度高于对照组;SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,上述数据差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对发热门诊患者实施规范化健康教育,能够提升患者对疾病的认知,缓解不良情绪,提升患者的护理满意度,可推广。
Objective To observe application effect of standardized nursing health education for fever outpatients patients.Methods The paper chose 110 patients in our hospital from May 2020 to May 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly,with 55 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,while observation group with standardized nursing.Application effect was compared between two groups.Results Observation group had higher awareness rate of health knowledge than control group,higher nursing satisfaction degree than control group;and SDS and SAS scores were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized health education can enhance understanding of the disease,alleviate negative emotions,and improve nursing satisfaction degree of fever outpatients patients,which can be promoted.
