摘要
目的探讨注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸对梗阻性黄疸患者术后的保肝减黄作用。方法采用随机数字表法将80例上饶市妇幼保健院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的梗阻性黄疸患者分为两组。对照组40例采用基础保肝药物治疗,观察组40例加用注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,两组均连续治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效、肝功能指标、白细胞(WBC)计数、随访情况、不良反应及并发症。结果与对照组比,观察组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、碱性磷酸酶及WBC计数低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,随访2个月,观察组减黄时间、退黄时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论梗阻性黄疸患者术后应用注射用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗具有较好的保肝减黄作用,降低并发症发生率,安全性好,具有较高的临床应用价值,可为临床治疗梗阻性黄疸提供可靠的依据。
Objective To investigate the effects of ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate for injection on the hepatoprotective and yellowing reducing in patients with obstructive jaundice(OJ)after surgery.Methods 80 patients with OJ admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into two groups by random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated with basic hepatoprotective drugs,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with basic hepatoprotective drugs combined with ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate for injection,both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,liver function index,white blood cell(WBC)count,follow-up and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower levels of aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,alkaline phosphatase,and WBC count than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,follow up for 2 months,the observation group had shorter yellowing reduction and fading time compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate for injection in patients with OJ after surgery has a good effect on hepatoprotective and yellowing reducing,good safety and high clinical application value.
