摘要
为了解新疆某规模化奶牛场乳房炎发病规律及其影响因素,通过牛场管理系统,收集整理该场1659头成年母牛发病信息,对临床乳房炎的发病率及其影响因素进行Spearman相关性分析;采用加利福尼亚乳房炎试验、体细胞计数法与视诊相结合的方法,对隐性乳房炎和临床乳房炎进行抽样诊断,并采集抽检奶牛的血液样本,采用全自动血液分析仪测定其血液生理指标。调查发现,临床型乳房炎全年总发病率为42.20%,其中,1月份发病率(6.03%)最高,4月份发病率(1.27%)最低。产奶量与临床型乳房炎发病率呈显著正相关(r=0.028,P<0.05),自第3胎后,胎次与临床型乳房炎发病率呈显著负相关(r=-0.015,P<0.05)。隐性乳房炎白细胞数和红细胞分布宽度显著降低(P<0.05),临床型乳房炎红细胞分布宽度显著降低(P<0.05),白细胞数、淋巴细胞数极显著降低(P<0.01)。调查表明奶牛乳房炎发病率与季节、产奶量、胎次密切相关,调查结果可为奶牛场乳房炎综合防控提供参考。
To understand the incidence pattern of dairy cow mastitis and its influencing factors in a largescale dairy farm in Xinjiang,the farm management system was used to collect and organize the information on the incidence of 1659 adult cows in the farm,and Spearman correlation analysis was performed to analyze the association of incidence rate of clinical mastitis with its influencing factors.California mastitis test(CMT)and the somatic cell count(SCC)combined with the inspection were used to diagnose the subclinical mastitis and clinical mastitis in sampled cows.The blood samples were collected,and their blood physiological indices were determined by full-automatic hematology analyzer.It was found that the total annual incidence rate of clinical mastitis was 42.20%,with the highest incidence rate(6.03%)in January and the lowest one(1.27%)in April.There was a significant positive correlation between milk yield and incidence of clinical mastitis(r=0.028,P<0.05),and from third parity,there was a significant negative correlation between parity and incidence of clinical mastitis(r=-0.015,P<0.05).White blood cell(WBC)and red blood cell distribution width(RDW-CV)were significantly lower(P<0.05)in subclinical mastitis,RDWCV was significantly lower(P<0.05),and WBC and lymphocyte(LYM)were highly significant(P<O.o1)in clinical mastitis.It is concluded that the incidence of dairy cow mastitis is closely related to the season,milk yield and parity,and the study provides a scientific basis for the development of comprehensive dairy cow mastitis prevention and control measures in dairy farms.
