摘要
目的探究癫痫患者家庭关怀与病耻感及心理社会适应间的相关性。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2020年11月至2021年12月收治的236例癫痫患者为研究对象,指导患者填写一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷(家庭APGAR问卷)、Kilifi癫痫患者羞耻感量表(KSSE-C)、心理社会适应问卷(PAIS-SR)。结果癫痫患者家庭APGAR问卷总分为(6.19±1.16)分,KSSE-C总分为(11.43±1.63)分,PAIS-SR总分为(51.08±3.05)分。癫痫患者家庭APGAR问卷总分与PAIS-SR总分呈负相关(P<0.01);家庭APGAR问卷总分与KSSE-C总分也呈负相关(P<0.01);KSSE-C总分与PAIS-SR总分呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论癫痫患者的病耻感、心理社会适应与家庭关怀度密切相关,有效的家庭关怀能够降低患者的病耻感,并改善心理社会适应情况,进而帮助患者积极应对疾病,促进疾病的快速康复。
Objective To explore the correlation between family care,stigma and psychosocial adjustment in epilepsy patients.Methods A total of 236 epilepsy patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from November 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and patients were instructed to fill out a general information questionnaire,family adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolve index(family APGAR questionnaire),the Kilifi stigma scale for epilepsy-Chinese(KSSE-C),the psychosocial adjustment to illness scale self-report(PAIS-SR).Results The total score of the family APGAR questionnaire for epilepsy patients was(6.19±1.16),the total score of KSSE-C was(11.43±1.63),and the total score of PAIS-SR was(51.08±3.05).The total score of the family APGAR questionnaire for epilepsy patients was negatively correlated with the total score of PAIS-SR(P<0.01).The total score of the family APGAR questionnaire was also negatively correlated with the total score of KSSE-C(P<0.01).The total score of KSSE-C was positively correlated with the total score of PAIS-SR(P<0.01).Conclusion The sense of shame,psychological and social adaptation of epilepsy patients are closely related to family care.Effective family care can reduce the patients’sense of shame,improve their psychological and social adaptation,and help them actively respond to the disease,promoting rapid recovery from the disease.
