摘要
目的分析济南市章丘区城乡蚊虫孳生环境及消杀现状,旨在为城乡环境的改善提供借鉴与指导。方法调查济南市章丘区2019年3月—2023年11月积水处、社区和农户家庭内外环境的蚊虫孳生情况,分析蚊幼虫密度、蚊虫种类,评价蚊虫孳生环境治理效果。结果2019年3月—2023年11月,每年各选取300个调查点,蚊幼虫阳性率分别为70%、42%、18%、6%、4%,蚊虫阳性率分别为42%、30%、12%、4%、2%,孳生蚊虫的积水处和容器数量逐年减少(P<0.05),蚊幼虫阳性率、蚊虫阳性率逐年下降(P<0.05)。2019—2023年济南市章丘区房屋指数(housing index,HI)、容器指数(container index,CI)、布雷图指数(Breitu index,BI)逐年下降(P<0.05)。2019—2023年共捕获1104只蚊虫样本,主要蚊虫种类包括淡色库蚊(43.03%)、白纹伊蚊(26.00%)、三带喙库蚊(11.96%)、中华按蚊(8.97%)。结论济南市章丘区城乡蚊虫孳生治理工作已经取得显著成效,蚊虫孳生情况有所改善,需要重点消杀淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊、三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊等优势蚊种,为蚊媒疾病的控制奠定基础。
Objective To analyze the breeding environment and disinfection and sterilization status of mosquitoes in urban and rural areas of Zhangqiu district Jinan city,to provide reference and guidance for the improvement of urban and rural environments.Methods To investigate the mosquito breeding situation in waterlogged areas,communities,and households in Zhangqiu district Jinan city from March 2019 to November 2023,analyze the density of mosquito larvae and mosquito species,and evaluate the effectiveness of mosquito breeding environment management.Results From March 2019 to November 2023,a total of 300 survey points were selected each year,and the positive rates of mosquito larvae were 70%,42%,18%,6%,and 4%,respectively.The positive rates of mosquitoes were 42%,30%,12%,4%,and 2%,respectively.The number of accumulated water and containers for breeding mosquitoes decreased year by year(P<0.05),while the positive rates of mosquito larvae and mosquitoes decreased year by year(P<0.05).From 2019 to 2023,the housing index(HI),container index(CI),and Breitu index(BI)in Zhangqiu district Jinan city were decreased year by year(P<0.05).Between 2019 and 2023,a total of 1104 mosquito samples were captured,with the main mosquito species including Culex pipiens pallens(43.03%),Aedes albopictus(26.00%),Culex tritaeniorhynchus(11.96%),and Anopheles sinensis(8.97%).Conclusion The management of mosquito breeding in the urban and rural of Zhangqiu district Jinan city has achieved remarkable results,and the mosquito breeding situation is improved.It is necessary to focus on disinfection and sterilization the dominant mosquito species,such as Culex pipiens pallens,Aedes albopictus,Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Anopheles sinensis,to lay the foundation for the control of mosquito borne diseases.
