摘要
目的探讨信息化技术对医疗设备管理效率及效果的影响,以为医疗设备管理措施的制定与管理方式的选择提供参考依据。方法选取2022年10月—2023年4月北京市第一中西医结合医院进行常规管理干预的100台设备作为对照组,2023年5—12月进行信息化技术干预的100台设备作为观察组。比较2组的设备合格率、故障率、维修效率(响应时间及故障排除时间)、干预前及干预后的设备管理知识评分、设备管理质量评分及临床应用满意率。结果观察组的设备合格率为100%,显著高于对照组的95.00%(P<0.05)。观察组故障率为0,显著低于对照组6.00%(P<0.05)。观察组响应时间及故障排除时间分别为(10.02±2.69)min及(2.12±0.86)d,显著短于对照组的(20.36±6.73)min及(2.65±0.90)d(P<0.05)。干预前,2组的设备管理知识评分及设备管理质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的设备管理知识评分及设备管理质量评分显著高于对照组,且2组干预后的设备管理知识评分及设备管理质量评分均显著高于组内干预前,临床应用满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息化技术可显著改善医疗设备的管理效率及效果,因此本技术在医疗设备管理中的应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate and analyze the influence of information technology for efficiency and effectiveness of medical equipment management,in order to provide evidence for reference for the formulation of medical equipment management measures and the selection of management methods.Methods A total of 100 medical equipment with routine management intervention from October 2022 to April 2023 in Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine were chosed as the control group,100 medical equipment with information technology from May to December 2023 were chosed as the observation group.Then the equipment qualification rates,failure rates and maintenance efficiency(response time and troubleshooting time),equipment management knowledge score and equipment management quality score before and after the intervention,clinical application satisfaction rates of two groups were compared.Results The equipment qualification rate of the observation group was 100%,significantly higher than the 95.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The failure rate of the observation group was 0,significantly lower than the control group′s 6.00%(P<0.05).The response time and troubleshooting time of the observation group were(10.02±2.69)minutes and(2.12±0.86)days,respectively,significantly shorter than the control group′s(20.36±6.73)minutes and(2.65±0.90)days(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of equipment management knowledge and equipment management quality between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The equipment management knowledge score and equipment management quality score of the observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the equipment management knowledge score and equipment management quality score of the two groups after intervention were significantly higher than those before the intervention.The clinical application satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion
