电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)内标法测定模拟玻璃固化体中的硼含量

Determination of Boron Content in Simulated Glass Solids by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES)with Internal Standard Method

摘要 玻璃固化体中的硼元素对玻璃固化体的化学稳定性、热稳定性等性能具有非常重要的影响。为了快速准确地测试玻璃固化体中的硼含量,建立了一种以In为内标校正体系,采用氢氧化钾熔样-电感耦合等离子体光谱法测定模拟玻璃固化体中高含量硼的方法。通过研究选择249.678 nm谱线作为硼的分析线,铟(In)230.606 nm谱线作为内标线,同时对氢氧化钾的用量进行了优化,结果表明,硼元素的标准曲线相关系数为0.9994,检出限为0.069 mg/L,精密度小于2.0%,回收率在97.0%~102%,并且选取了5个模拟玻璃固化体样品,采用ICP-AES内标法与标准方法进行测试结果比较,两者测定结果的相对误差均小于3%,ICP-AES内标法解决了传统标准方法测定硼繁琐耗时的问题。方法具有操作快速简便、准确性良好,灵敏度较高等诸多优点。 The boron element in the glass curing body has a very important impact on the chemical stability,thermal stability,and other properties of the glass curing body.In order to quickly and accurately test the boron content in glass solidified bodies,a calibration system using In as the internal standard was established,and a method for determining high boron content in simulated glass solidified bodies using potassium hydroxide melt sample inductively coupled plasma spectroscopy was used.Through research,249.678 nm spectral line was selected as the analysis line for boron,and indium(In)230.606 nm spectral line was used as the internal standard line.At the same time,the amount of potassium hydroxide was optimized.The results showed that the correlation coefficient of the standard curve for boron element was 0.9994,the detection limit was 0.069 mg/L,the precision was less than 2.0%,and the recovery was between 97.0%and 102%.Furthermore,five simulated glass cured samples were selected,and the test results using ICP-AES internal standard method and standard method were compared.the relative error of both determination results was less than 3%.ICP-AES internal standard method solved the problem of tedious and time-consuming determination of boron using traditional standard methods.This method has many advantages such as fast and simple operation,good accuracy,and high sensitivity.
