摘要
我国家具行业处于转型升级的变革时期,线上线下一体化成为行业大趋势,这对家具行业供应链提出了新需求。基于此,对当前家具企业普遍的供应链应用模式进行归纳阐述,从新零售视角系统地梳理和总结了家具企业供应链特征与变革。通过资料调查、文献研究与案例分析等方法,对家具传统供应链中存在的主要问题进行探讨,分析了新零售模式下家具企业供应链所面临的挑战,如交付周期长、交付满意度低、全通路库存高等;并结合新零售背景下的供应链变革对家具企业与消费者关系的新变化做了案例分析,指出以消费者为中心的供应链模式发展要点。
The Chinese furniture industry is currently undergoing a period of transformation and upgrading,with online and offline integration becoming a major trend in the industry,which has placed new demands on the furniture supply chain.In light of this background,a systematical summary of the common supply chain application models of current furniture enterprises was provided from the perspective of new retail by outlining the characteristics and changes of the furniture enterprise supply chain.Through methods such as data investigation,literature research,and case analysis,the main problems in the traditional supply chain of the furniture industry were discussed.The challenges faced by furniture enterprisessupply chains under the new retail model were analyzed in aspects of long delivery cycles,low delivery satisfaction,and high omnichannel inventory.Additionally,a case analysis was conducted on the new changes in the relationship between furniture enterprises and consumers under the background of new retail-driven supply chain transformation,highlighting the key points of developing a consumercentered supply chain model.
