摘要
采煤机作为煤矿井下生产的关键设备,保证采煤机的开机率,对于提升煤矿生产质效较为关键。本文将黔西市耳海矿业有限公司耳海煤矿10805工作面在开采过程中使用的MG250/600-QWD型电牵引采煤机作为分析对象,对采煤机的电气系统运行原理进行了分析,重点分析了采煤机电气部分出现的主启动不能启动或者启动后不能实现自我保护、机摇臂故障、牵送变频器不能正常得电、电机故障等常见的故障问题,结合采煤机的运行实践,提出了针对性的维修处理技术措施,对类似采煤机的电气故障有一定的借鉴意义。
As a key equipment for underground production in coal mines,ensuring the operating rate of the coal mining machine is crucial for improving the quality and efficiency of coal mine production.This article takes the MG250/600-QWD electric traction shearer used in the 10805 working face of Erhai Coal Mine of Qianxi City Erhai Mining Co.,Ltd.as the analysis object,analyzes the operating principle of the electrical system of the shearer,and focuses on the common problems in the electrical part of the shearer,such as the inability to start the main engine or self-protection after starting,the failure of the rocker arm,and the inability of the traction frequency converter to be powered on normally Targeted maintenance and handling measures have been proposed for common faults such as motor faults,combined with the operation practice of coal mining machines.This has certain reference significance for electrical faults similar to coal mining machines.
