摘要
主驱动减速机作为盾构机刀盘驱动系统的核心部件,其内部长时间过热易对齿轮箱寿命造成严重影响。故此设计了具有自封闭式螺旋型结构的冷却装置。通过计算和试验,最终确定冷却水进出水模式为“1进1出”,同时增加中箱体整体焊接水套的最优冷却方案。试验结果表明,高速负载时最恶劣工况下的热平衡温度较优化前,冷却效果提升约45.03%。
The main drive reducer is the core component of the cutterhead drive system of the shield machine.Long-term overheating of the main drive reducer can easily have a serious impact on the life of the gearbox.Therefore,a cooling device with a self-enclosed spiral structure was designed.Through calculations and experiments,it was finally determined that the cooling water inlet and outlet mode is"1 inlet,1 outlet",and at the same time,the optimal cooling solution is to add an overall welded water jacket to the middle box.The test results show that the cooling effect is improved by about 45.03%when the thermal balance temperature under the worst working conditions under high-speed load is compared with before optimization.
