摘要
新能源汽车的发展萌生了一体化压铸技术,为压铸模发展带来生机,压铸模是一个热交换器,模具热平衡是眼下最关心的问题。本文以3D打印在压铸模异形水路制作为基础,围绕打印材料应用,介绍了压铸模基本概况与模具成型加工时热平衡的重要性,提出了3D打印模具异形水路是解决模具热平衡的重要手段之一,分析了压铸模3D打印材料分析与使用情况,对目前常用几种打印材料作出了逐一阐述,列举应用案例,3D打印在压铸模异形水路能为模具热平衡管理提供坚强支持。
The development of new energy vehicle sprouted integrated die-casting technology,bring vitality to the development of die-casting die,the die-casting die is a heat exchanger.The heat balance of die is the most concerned problem at present.This paper is based on 3D printing in diecasting die shaped waterway production,around the printing material application.The basic situation of die-casting die and the importance of heat balance in die forming process are introduced.It is proposed that 3D printing die shaped waterway is one of the important means to solve the thermal balance of the die.The analysis and use of 3D printing materials for die-casting die were analyzed.Several commonly used printing materials are described one by one.Enumerate application cases,3D printing in die-casting die shaped water can provide strong support for die thermal balance management.
