摘要
针对贵州喀斯特山区长期掠夺式生产方式,导致水土流失、石漠化日益严重的问题,提出在贵州地区开展机械化保护性耕作深松耕技术、秸秆还田技术研究,设计了一种小型秸秆还田机,文中介绍了整机工作原理、结构特点、关键部件及参数的确定等。该小型秸秆还田机重量轻,田间转移方便,作业效果良好,振动小,对丘陵山地适应性好,具有较高的市场价值。
In response to the long-term plundering production mode in the karst mountainous areas of Guizhou,which has led to soil erosion and increasingly severe rocky desertification,it is proposed to carry out research on mechanized protective tllage deep loosening tillage technology and straw returning technology in Guizhou region.A small straw returning machine has been designed,with introduction of the working principle of the whole machine,structural characteristics,key components and determination of parameters.This small straw returning machine is lightweight,easy to transfer in the field,operating effects well,low vibration,good adaptability to hilly and mountainous areas,and has high market value.
