摘要
目的探讨重症急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)机械通气患者中开展集束化干预的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年12月我院ARDS机械通气患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各40名。对照组予以常规干预,观察组在其基础上予以集束化干预,对比两组干预效果。结果干预后,观察组血氧分压、血氧饱和度较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组氧合指数较对照组高,呼气峰流速较对照组快(P<0.05);观察组退热、机械通气、住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率与对照组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组干预满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论ARDS机械通气患者中开展集束化干预有助于改善血气分析指标、肺功能,缓解患者临床症状,存在较好的安全性,干预满意度高,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of cluster intervention in mechanically ventilated patients with severe acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods A total of 80 patients with ARDS mechanical ventilation in our hospital were selected from January 2022 to December 2023 and randomly divided into the observation group and control group,40 in each group.The control group was subjected to conventional intervention,and the observation group was subjected to intensive intervention on its basis,and the intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the partial pressure of blood oxygen and oxygen saturation of the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the oxygenation index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the peak expiratory flow rate of the observation group was faster than that of the control group(P<0.05);the time of fever reduction,mechanical ventilation,and hospitalisation of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05);and there was no statistical significance for the difference in the rate of complications in the observation group compared with that of the control group(P>0.05);The intervention satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intensive intervention in ARDS mechanical ventilation patients helps to improve blood gas analysis indexes,lung function,and alleviate patients'clinical symptoms,with better safety and high intervention satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
