摘要
沐浴气泡弹是一种含有精油和染色剂的泡浴产品,市场上存在高端和低端产品,高端产品注重天然、手工制作,但价格较高,而低端产品则存在质量问题,如硬度不足和泡沫量少等,且较多产品有pH值不合理的问题,制约了市场的满意度和整体发展。针对以上问题,本研究通过分析和优化工艺,研发了一种成本更低且性能优良的沐浴气泡弹。研究涉及了配方材料的选择、表面活性剂和精油的应用、海盐和安息香的添加以及黏合剂羧甲基纤维素钠的使用;同时,对各材料配比进行了调研和优化,以确保产品的质量;最后,考虑了产品的价格因素,分析了不同品牌沐浴气泡弹的价格范围。
Bath bubble bomb is a bath product that contains essential oils and dyes that change the color of the water and release its aroma.Its texture is hard,diverse shapes,in the bath slowly melt,for the skin to supplement nutrition and nourish and moisturize.There are high-end and low-end products on the market,high-end products focus on natural,handmade ingredients but the price is higher,while low-end products have quality problems such as lack of hardness and less foam.And many products have the problem of unreasonable pH value,which restricts the satisfaction and overall development of the market.To solve the above problems,this study developed a bath bubble bomb with lower cost and good performance by analyzing and optimizing the process.The research involved the selection of formulation materials,the application of surfactants and essential oils,the addition of sea salt and benzoin,and the use of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as an adhesive.At the same time,the ratio of each material was investigated and optimized to ensure the quality of the product.Finally,considering the price factor of the product,the price range of different brands of bath bubble bomb is analyzed.
