摘要
随着经济和社会的发展,工程项目构造向更高、更长、更加深入的角度深入发展,这对混凝土的强度有了更高的规定,超高性能混凝土(简称UHPC)应运而生,与常用的水泥基混凝土材料相比,UHPC在抗拉强度、抗压强度﹑阻裂性、耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、抗冻性及抗渗性等方面具有更加优越的件能。该文结合上海S3公路(周邓公路—G1503公路两港大道立交)新建工程主线施工4标段(以下简称S3公路)预制防撞墙后浇带UHPC的配比试验,通过不同配比的各龄期混凝土抗压强度进行对比,确定最优配比方案,并在S3公路预制防撞墙后浇带实施中得到了很好的应用,为UHPC的深入研究和应用提供了有益参考。
With the development of the economy and society,the construction of engineering projects has developed towards higher,longer and more in-depth perspectives,which has higher requirements for the strength of concrete.The ultrahigh performance concrete(UHPC)has come into being.Compared with the commonly used cement-based concrete materials,UHPC has the superior performances in terms of tensile strength,compressive strength,crack resistance,wear resistance,corrosion resistance,frost resistance and permeability resistance.Combined with the mix ratio test of UHPC precast anti-collision wall post-pouring strip for the main construction section 4 in the new project of the Shanghai S3 Highway(Zhoudeng Highway-G1503 Highway Lianggang Avenue Interchange),and compared with the compressive strength of concrete at different ages with different proportions,the optimal mix ratio scheme is determined,and has been well applied in the implementation of precast anti-collision wall post-pouring strip for S3 Highway,which provides the useful reference for the in-depth research of UHPC.
