摘要
以习近平法治思想引领数字中国建设是深入贯彻党的二十大精神的应有之义,是统筹推进全面依法治国战略布局的必然要求,也是加快推动政法工作现代化的基础支撑。习近平法治思想关于数字中国建设的重要论述具有丰富的科学内涵,涵盖了数字经济、数字政府、数字社会、数字生态文明、数字文化等多个领域,旨在以法治保障数字中国建设。为了更好地发挥习近平法治思想对数字中国建设的引领作用,需要构建完备的数字中国法律规范体系,形成高效的数字中国法治实施体系,建立严密的数字中国法治监督体系,建设有力的数字中国法治保障体系,从而加快社会主义法治中国建设,全面推进社会主义现代化强国建设,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。
Guiding the construction of Digital China with Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is the implication of thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the requisite for promoting the strategic layout of comprehensively governing the country by law,and the foundation for accelerating the modernization of political and legal work.The important discourse on the construction of Digital China contained in Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has rich scientific connotations,covers multiple fields such as the digital economy,digital government,digital society,digital ecological civilization,and digital culture,and aims to safeguard the construction of Digital China with the rule of law.To better play the leading role of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in the construction of Digital China,it is necessary to build a complete legal system,an efficient rule of law implementation system,a strict rule of law supervision system,and a robust rule of law guarantee system for Digital China.In this way,we can accelerate the construction of a socialist rule of law country,promote the construction of a modern socialist country,and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
