摘要
建筑信息模型(BIM)作为一种先进的建筑工程技术,不仅可以提高设计效率和施工质量,还有助于实现可持续建筑和智能化运维,因此在中国建筑领域得到了广泛应用。基于此,文章介绍了BIM的概念和背景,强调了其在建筑工程中的重要性和多层次应用,并通过案例研究和数据分析,展示了BIM在中国建筑工程中的实际应用效果,同时为未来的发展方向提供了有力支持。
As an advanced construction engineering technology,building information model(BIM)can not only improve the design efficiency and construction quality,but also help to achieve sustainable building and intelligent operation and maintenance,so it is widely used in the field of Chinese architecture.Based on this,this paper introduces the concept and background of BIM,emphasizes its importance and multi-level application in construction engineering,and through case study and data analysis,shows the practical application effect of Bim in Chinese construction engineering,and provides strong support for the future development direction.
