摘要
该文简要介绍温州瓯海区奥体中心的项目规模和背景、场所特点、意象探寻、规划设计、城市聚落组织、建筑与空间营造、建构方法梳理、生态景观设计、绿建逻辑、未来运营策略思考。总结在瓯海区奥体中心城市和建筑设计中,各层面多维度的设计思辨与逻辑思考,以期未来在同类建筑中能更从容地从城市文脉和场地特质出发,更生动系统地展开在地设计和建筑设计。
In this article we briefly introduce the project scale and background of Wenzhou Ouhai Olympic Sports Center,location characteristics,imagery exploration,planning and design,architecture&space creation,construction methods,landscape integration,ecological landscape,green building logic and future operational strategy considerations.Then we summarize multidimensional design thinking and logical thinking at all levels in the architectural design of the Olympic Sports Center in Ouhai,we hope that in the future similar buildings can be more relaxed from the urban context and site characteristics,and more vivid and systematic on-site design and architectural design.
