摘要
通过对化工企业人员成本控制意识、管理模式、原材料开销、污染治理等方面进行分析,发现成本控制能实现环保效益与经济增长的双赢。基于节能减排的化工企业成本优化,是完善企业管理、克服生产瓶颈、加快产业化发展的必然选择,也是推动绿色低碳建设的重要决策。
By analyzing the cost control awareness,management mode,raw material expenses,pollution control,and other aspects of personnel in chemical enterprises,it is found that cost control can achieve a win-win situation between environmental benefits and economic growth.Cost optimization of chemical enterprises based on energy conservation and emission reduction is an inevitable choice for improving enterprise management,overcoming production bottlenecks,and accelerating industrial development.It is also an important decision to promote green and low-carbon development of this industry.
