摘要
老旧小区是城市风貌研究和管控的“弱势空间”,对这一种空间进行界面微修复、空间微介入、文脉微重构的微更新模式,如何以设计为手段,促进风貌提升和社区空间品质改善,是急需研究的一个问题。文章综合太原市老旧小区改造项目设计成果,探讨老旧小区微更新中的风貌管控设计理念、目标和原则,提出风貌管控要素构成和设计策略框架,并以太原市试点小区为例,就特色风貌分层传导、点线面空间管控、建筑本体风貌引导等提出具体设计对策,以期对旧小区微更新中的风貌管控设计提供借鉴。
Old residential areas are the“weak space”for urban style research and control.It is an urgent problem to study how to use design as a means to promote the improvement of style and community space quality through micro-renewal mode of interface micro-restoration,spatial micro-intervention and micro-reconstruction of context for such a space.This paper synthesizes the design results of the old residential renovation project in Taiyuan City,discusses the design concept,objective and principle of style control in the micro-renewal of old residential areas,style control elements and design policy framework is put forward,and pilot village school in Taiyuan City as the example,the characteristic style of layered transmission,space control,construction of ontology view of point,line and plane guide specific design countermeasures such as,in order to provide reference for the style control design in the micro renewal of the old community.
