船舶撞击下弧形钢闸门的动力分析

摘要 针对撞击过程中闸门损伤的瞬时多变性等问题,本文采用有限元法模拟船舶撞击弧形钢闸门。利用ANSYS建立船与闸门的接触模型,采用LS-DYNA3D进行有限元仿真分析。研究了不同速度和船舶质量的船舶撞击力,不同工况下闸门的位移、等效应力和等效塑性应变以及撞击过程中的能量特征曲线。根据闸门受力特点布置压杆,研究其对支臂的保护作用。计算结果表明:支臂和面板是受到闸门结构安全防护的重点部件,在支臂的分叉点与纵梁翼缘上均匀布置压杆,能够吸收撞击动能,减少闸门损伤。仿真模拟结果展现了船舶与弧形钢闸门碰撞全过程,为闸门的设计和制作提供了真实可靠的数据,也对现有闸门的加固提供了参考。 To address the problem of gate damage caused by instantaneous variations during impact,we used the finite element method to simulate the impact of a ship on an arc steel gate.A contact model between the ship and gate was established using ANSYS,and a finite element analysis was conducted with the simulation software LS-DYNA3D.Our study examined the impact force of a ship at various speeds and masses and analyzed the displacement,equivalent stress,and equivalent plastic strain on the gate under different working conditions.Furthermore,we investigated the energy characteristic curve throughout the impact process.Pressure rods were arranged according to the force characteristics of the gate to study its protective effect on the support arm.The calculation results indicate that the support arm and the panel are critical components for ensuring the safety of the gate structure.Optimally placing pressure rods at the bifurcation point of the support arm and the flange of the longitudinal beam proved effective in absorbing impact kinetic energy,thereby reducing gate damage.The simulation results show the whole process of the collision between the ship and the curved steel gate,providing realistic data for gate design and manufacturing.These insights also serve as a reference for reinforcing existing gate structures.
