摘要
目的:探究积极心理干预对大学生的影响。方法:选取某高校361名大学生为研究对象,随机分为实验组(n=178)和控制组(n=183),实验组在常规心理教育的同时增加积极心理干预,控制组给予常规心理教育。比较干预前后两组学生心理和谐、正性情感、抗逆力、睡眠质量、总体幸福感的差异。结果:干预前,实验组控制组得分无显著差异(P>0.05)。干预后,实验组大学生心理和谐(t=2.80,P<0.01)、正性情感(t=2.10,P<0.05)、抗逆力(t=5.30,P<0.01)、总体幸福感(t=2.68,P<0.01)、睡眠质量(t=3.08,P<0.01)等心理健康水平明显高于控制组。结论:给予大学生积极心理干预可明显增强其心理和谐、正性情感、抗逆力、睡眠质量、总体幸福感的水平。
Objective:To explore the impact of positive psychological intervention on college students.Methods:A total of 361 college students from a certain university were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into experimental group(n=178)and control group(n=183).The experimental group received regular psychological education while adding positive psychological intervention,while the control group received regular psychological education.The differences in psychological harmony,positive emotions,resilience,sleep quality,and General Well-Being were compared between the two groups of students before and after the intervention.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of the experimental group and the control group(t=0.05~1.42,P>0.05).After the intervention,the psychological harmony(t=2.80,P<0.01),positive emotions(t=2.10,P<0.05),resilience(t=5.30,P<0.01),and General Well-Being(t=2.68,P<0.01),sleep quality(t=3.08,P<0.01)and other mental health levels were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion:Providing positive psychological intervention to college students can significantly enhance their psychological harmony,positive emotions,resilience,sleep quality,and General Well-Being.
