摘要
概述选煤厂使用重介质旋流器的基本原理,利用该装置可分选悬浮液中不同密度的颗粒。设定3项优化参数,分别为底流口直径、溢流管直径和溢流管插入深度,基于正交试验方法开展结构优化设计工作,发现上述3个参数分别为38 mm、64 mm和92 mm时分选效果最佳。将优化后的重介质旋流器应用于选煤厂工程实践并开展工业试验,发现利用该结构可将中煤的灰分从38.38%提升至42.43%,在一定程度上提高了分选质量,为选煤厂经济效益奠定了良好基础。
Overview of the basic principle of using a heavy medium cyclone in coal preparation plants,which can separate particles of different densities in suspension.Three optimization parameters were set,namely the diameter of the bottom flow outlet,the diameter of the overflow pipe,and the insertion depth of the overflow pipe.Based on the orthogonal experimental method,structural optimization design was carried out,and it was found that the sorting effect was best when the above three parameters were 38 mm,64 mm,and 92 mm,respectively.The optimized dense medium cyclone was applied to the coal preparation plant engineering practice and industrial test was carried out.It was found that the ash content of middling coal could be increased from 38.38% to 42.43% by using this structure,which improved the separation quality to a certain extent and laid a good foundation for the economic benefits of the coal preparation plant.
