摘要
农田水利工程是农业发展的基础,也是国民经济和社会发展的物质基础。探索了农田水利工程建设中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。采用定性分析和文献研究的方法,深入分析农田水利工程建设的现状和其建设中所凸显出的问题。研究结果显示,通过完善管理机制、加强灌溉技术推广、加大水利资金投入等方面措施,可加强农田水利建设,进一步提升农业综合生产力,促进农田水利建设的高效实施,这不仅有助于国家粮食安全和经济社会的持续健康发展,也是推进农业农村现代化的重要措施。
Irrigation projects in farmland are the foundation of agricultural development,as well as the material basis for national economic and social development.Aim to explore the problems in the construction of agricultural water conservancy projects and propose corresponding solutions to enable them to play their due role in national economic and social development.Qualitative analysis and literature research methods were adopted to conduct in-depth analysis of the current situation and prominent problems in the construction of agricultural water conservancy projects.Research has shown that by improving management mechanisms,promoting irrigation technology,and increasing investment in water conservancy funds,measures can be taken to enhance agricultural water conservancy construction,further improve comprehensive agricultural productivity,and promote efficient implementation of agricultural water conservancy construction.This not only contributes to national food security and sustainable and healthy economic and social development,but is also an important measure to promote modernization of agriculture and rural areas.
