摘要
在隧道施工中为精准测量渣土体积,从而准确进行超挖预警,对基于激光扫描带式输送机出渣体积监测系统进行了研究,该系统采用测距传感器实时检测带式输送机上浮和下沉量的变化量,对带式输送机初始零位进行实时动态自动化校准,而不需要定时空载皮带进行校准。实时测量的渣土量和理论计算的渣土量进行比较并上传至云数据库中心作为大数据使用,每次测量的偏差值都可调用同等条件下云数据库中心的偏差值进行比较,使结果更加精准、可靠,以进行超挖预警。
In order to accurately measure the residuum volume in tunnel construction,so as to accurately carry out overdigging early warning,a monitoring system based on laser scanning for the slag discharge volume of belt conveyor was studied.The system uses a ranging sensor to detect the changes in thefloating and sinking amount of belt conveyor in real time,and carries out real-time dynamic automatic calibration of the initial zero position of belt conveyor without the need for regular no-load belt calibration.The residue amount measured in real time is compared with the theoretically calculated residue amount and uploaded to the cloud database center for use as big data.The deviation value measured each time can be compared with the deviation value of the cloud database center under the same conditions,so as to make the result more accurate and reliable for over-mining early warning.
