场景体验下的综合能源服务站设计研究

摘要 为了探索综合能源服务站设计的创新方法,构建多元化的服务场景。文章以用户的需求和期望为中心,基于斯坦福研究院的场景分析理论,融入服务设计方法,提出适用于综合能源服务站的设计模型。最终总结出了综合能源服务站设计的关键步骤,并通过设计实践,初步验证了设计模型的有效性,以期为未来的综合能源服务站规划和设计提供新的思路和参考,推动行业的可持续发展。 In order to explore the innovative methods of integrated energy service station design and construct diversified service scenarios.Focusing on users'needs and expectations,the article is based on the Stanford Research Institute's scenario analysis theory and incorporates service design methods to propose a design model applicable to integrated energy service stations.It finally summarizes the key steps in the design of integrated energy service stations,and initially verifies the effectiveness of the design model through design practice,with a view to providing new ideas and references for the future planning and design of integrated energy service stations,and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
