摘要 矿山机电一体化控制系统是保障矿井安全生产的关键要素,它通过提高作业自动化、远程监控设备、优化通风排水系统,显著提升了矿井的安全管理水平。在安全监测方面,机电一体化控制系统系统实现了瓦斯浓度、温湿度、巷道变形等关键指标的实时监测,有效预防了灾害发生。同时,在应急管理中,机电一体化控制系统保障了应急通信、供电和救援指挥系统的高效运行,提高了应对矿井突发事件的能力。 The mine mechatronics control system is a critical technology for the safe production of mines,which significantly improves the safety management level of mines by enhancing operational automation,achieveing the remote monitoring of equipment,and optimizing ventilation and drainage systems.In terms of safety monitoring,the system realizes the real-time monitoring of key indicators such as gas concentration,temperature and humidity,and roadway deformation,effectively preventing disasters.At the same time,in emergency management,the system ensures the efficient operation of emergency communication,power supply and rescue command systems,enhanc-ing the mine's ability to respond to unexpected events.
