摘要
为响应高校大力引进人才工作的需要,高校图书馆在人才引进过程提供决策参考,为图书馆开展决策支持服务提供了新的视角和新的路径。文章从理论研究和实践探索两个层面阐述了高校图书馆在人才引进工作中开展决策支持服务的现状,对决策支持服务的特点和内容加以分析,以温州大学图书馆开展的决策支持服务为例,探讨人才引进过程中高校图书馆提供决策支持服务的实践经验,以期为其他高校图书馆提供参考借鉴。
In response to the need for universities to vigorously introduce talents,university libraries provide decision-making references in the talent introduction process,and provide new perspectives and paths for libraries to carry out decision-making support services.The article elaborates on the current situation of decision-making support services provided by university libraries in talent introduction work from two levels:theoretical research and practical exploration.It analyzes the characteristics and content of decision-making support services and takes the decision-making support services provided by Wenzhou University Library as an example to explore the practical experience of university libraries in providing decision-making support services during talent introduction,in order to provide reference for other university libraries.
