引水隧洞工程灌浆技术措施分析

摘要 引水隧洞工程固结灌浆段岩体质坚性脆,岩石类别主要为Ⅲ类。灌浆采用全断面固结灌浆,梅花形布置。为了提供施工参数,采取灌浆试验,按照相关工艺要求灌浆后,试验成果表明:随着灌浆次序的增加透水率递减明显,符合一般灌浆规律,灌浆效果良好。Ⅰ序孔单位注灰量均在100~1 000 kg/m,随着灌浆次序实施,Ⅱ序孔单位注灰量全部降至100 kg/m以下,其中注灰量区间在10~50 kg/m的占比83.3%。 The rock mass of consolidation grouting section of water diversion tunnel project is hard and brittle,and the rock type is mainly Class II.The grouting adopts full-section consolidation grouting and plum-shaped arrangement.In order to provide construction parameters,the grouting test was carried out.The results showed that the water permeability decreased obviously with the increase of grouting sequence,which accorded with the general grouting law and had good grouting effect.The amount of ash injected per unit in the first sequence hole was 100-1000 kg/m.With the implementation of grouting sequence,the amount of ash injected per unit in the second sequence hole all decreased to less than 100 kg/m,and the proportion of ash injected per unit ranging from 10 to 50 kg/m was 83.3%.
