摘要
近年来,介入放射学作为一门新兴交叉学科蓬勃发展,它以医学影像学引导下的导管诊断和治疗技术为特征。随着技术不断更新和临床实践的深入,肿瘤介入治疗正逐渐成为肿瘤治疗领域的重要手段之一。然而,对于肿瘤内科医生进修介入治疗,仍存在着挑战。在临床带教方面,如何确保肿瘤内科医生获得足够的实践机会和指导成为关键问题。建立健全的带教体系,提供系统的培训课程和实践机会,将有助于提升医生的技能水平与综合素质。此外,还需要加强肿瘤介入治疗领域的学术交流与合作,促进经验分享和创新。通过持续改进肿瘤内科医生的进修介入治疗机制,可以有效提高其临床实践能力和治疗水平,推动我国肿瘤介入治疗事业向更加繁荣的方向发展。愿未来,肿瘤介入放射学的发展能为肿瘤治疗领域注入更多活力,造福患者,为医学界带来更多创新与发展。
In recent years,interventional radiology has flourished as a new interdisciplinary discipline,which is character-ized by catheter diagnosis and treatment technology guided by medical imaging.With the continuous updating of technology and the deepening of clinical practice,tumor interventional therapy is gradually becoming one of the important means in the field of tumor therapy.However,there are still challenges for medical oncologists to learn interventional therapy.In the aspect of clinical teaching,how to ensure that medical oncologists get enough practice opportunities and guidance has become a key issue.Establishing a sound teaching system and providing systematic training courses and practical opportunities will help to improve the skill level and comprehensive quality of doctors.In addition,it is also necessary to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation in the field of tumor interventional therapy to promote experience sharing and innovation.By continuously improving the mechanism of interventional therapy for medical oncologists,their clinical practice ability and treatment level can be effectively improved,and the cause of interventional therapy in China can be promoted to a more prosperous direction.In the future,the development of interventional radiology willinject more vitality into the field of tumor treatment,benefit patients,and bring more innovation and development to the medical community.
