基于ST14材料的拉深成形参数优化

摘要 拉深成形是典型的板料成形工序,成形过程中的工艺参数直接影响成形制件的质量。以典型的零件和常用拉深成形材料ST14为例,在理论计算的基础上,通过有限元分析探讨其成形工艺参数对制件成形质量的影响。分析得出,板料拉深成形的最大应力集中在凸模圆角半径区域,该处存在变薄和破裂的危险,凸模圆角半径的大小是成形的关键;运用有限元模拟可以预测其成形缺陷,并对成形参数进行优化。 Deep drawing is a typical sheet metal forming process,and the process parameters in the forming process directly affect the quality of forming parts.Taking typical parts and common drawing material ST14 as an example,on the basis of theoretical calculation,the influence of forming process parameters on the forming quality of parts is discussed by finite element analysis.It is concluded that the maximum stress of sheet metal deep drawing is concentrated in the radius area of punch fillet,where there is the danger of thinning and fracture,and the fillet radius of punch is the key to forming,and the forming defects can be predicted by finite element simulation.And the forming parameters are optimized.
