北京市重点工程防烟排烟系统质量监管与消防验收深度融合探析

摘要 论文主要阐述北京市住房城乡建设委监督总站在对建设工程进行施工质量监督和消防验收现场抽查抽测过程中所发现的防烟排烟系统存在的常见问题,识别出影响防烟排烟系统合格评定的多种因素,并提出相应解决对策。以期为建设工程消防施工质量过程监管与消防验收的深度融合提供专业支持,督促参建各方落实其主体责任,从而提高全市监管工程的消防施工质量,保证消防验收工作的顺利进行,同时也为建筑物投入使用后的消防安全奠定良好基础。 This paper mainly discusses some problems of smoke control and smoke exhaust system found in the process of construction project quality supervision and fire control acceptance spot check by Beijing Construction Engineering Security Quality Supervision Head Station,the Beijing Municipal Commission of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,identified various factors affecting the qualification evaluation of smoke control and smoke exhaust system,and put forward corresponding solutions.We hope to provide professional support for the deep integration of fire control construction quality process supervision and fire control acceptance of construction projects,urge all parties involved in the construction to implement their main responsibilities,so as to improve the fire control construction quality of supervision projects,ensure the smooth progress of fire control acceptance work,and also lay a good foundation for fire safety in the use of buildings.
