资源化利用优化择形分子筛生产流程

摘要 设计了新的资源化回用流程,将影响择形分子筛质量稳定的母液和NaY无法全回用的含硅母液混合后制备成硅铝胶。用该硅铝胶作铝源,通过调变硅铝比、晶化参数及碱硅比合成出质量稳定优异、生产成本低廉的择形分子筛,减少含硅污水外排的同时实现NaY硅利用率提升。 In this paper,a new recycling process was designed,which mixed the mother liquor which affected the quality stability of the shape-selecting molecular sieve and the silicon-containing mother liquor which could not be fully recycled with NaY.Using the silica-aluminum adhesive as an aluminum source,the shape selection molecular sieve with stable quality and low production cost was synthesized by adjusting the silica-aluminum ratio,crystallization parameters and alkali-silicon ratio,which reduced the effluency of silica-containing wastewater and improved the utilization rate of NaY silicon.
