摘要
文章针对SA508M.Gr.3CL.2材料采用氮化锰合金充氮工艺氮收得率低的情况,对氮气氮合金化工艺进行优化与实践验证。结果表明,该材料的氮合金化速率主要与钢水温度、氮气流量、充氮压力有关,控制好关键参数能使充氮速率保持相对稳定,满足实际生产的需求。
In view of the low Nitrogen recovery rate of the Nitrogen filling process of Mn-N alloy in the production of SA508M.Gr.3CL.2 material,the Nitrogen filling alloying process has been optimized and verified in practice.The results show that the Nitrogen filling alloying rate of the material is mainly related to the temperature of molten steel,Nitrogen flow rate and pressure,and the control of key parameters can keep the Nitrogen filling rate relatively stable and meet the actual production requirements.
