摘要
对船用中厚板平对接双丝双面深熔焊工艺与材料进行研究分析。结果表明:船用中厚板平对接在不开坡口、不清根条件下,使用双丝埋弧焊进行双面焊接以达到熔透要求,拥有良好的无损检测合格率。通过对焊接接头理化性能进行分析,焊接接头的理化性能满足AH36船用中厚板力学性能要求,同时对焊接接头微观组织进行分析,观察微量元素对焊接接头组织的影响。
The process and materials of double-wire deep fusion welding for marine medium and thick plate flat butt were studied and analyzed.The research showed that the double-wire submerged arc welding was used for marine medium and thick plate flat butt in order to meet the requirements of penetration and have a good inspection pass rate.By analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the welded joint,the physical and chemical properties of the welded joint meet the mechanical properties requirements of AH36 marine plate.At the same time,the microstructure of the welded joint is analyzed to observe the influence of trace elements on the microstructure of the welded joint.
