共生理论下幼儿园优化家园资源配置的适切性和路径

摘要 幼儿的健康成长需要家园社凝聚共识,整合资源,合理配置,通力合作。结合幼儿园家园合作现状,提出共生理念下优化家园资源配置的适切性,从家园共同进行课程设计、深化家园合作教育模式、搭建家园合作交流平台、持续拓宽家园合作场域等方面着手,着力优化资源配置,以期推进共生理念下的幼儿园家园合作高质量发展。 The healthy growth of children needs the consensus of home,kindergarten and society,the integration of resources,the rational allocation and cooperation.Based on the current situation of the cooperation of home and kindergarten,this paper proposes the appropriateness of optimizing the allocation of home-kindergarten resources under the theory of symbiosis,and focuses on optimizing the allocation of resources from the aspects of joint curriculum design of home and kindergarten,deepening the cooperative educational mode of home and kindergarten,building the cooperation and exchange platform of home and kindergarten,and continuously expanding the cooperation field of home and kindergarten,so as to promote the high-quality development of home-kindergarten cooperation under the theory of symbiosis.
