摘要
国家推普脱贫攻坚行动计划一直将乡村建设发展和居民素养提升作为基础与重点。传统推普模式存在形式较为单一、内容不够贴合、推普行为不持续等问题。以山西省59个村落、32000余人为调研样本,立足中医药院校专业优势,深度剖析传统推普模式的优势与不足,找寻目前乡村推普工作的着力点与发力点,构建以“携医推普”为核心的创新型可持续的“推普+医学普及”“推普+中药种植”“推普+教育信息普及”“推普+乡村创业”“推普+数字化”等多种“推普+”特色推普模式,以此来高效提升推普工作的效果和满意度。它不仅能够有效解决长期困扰农村的医疗问题,实现以医推普、以普助医的良性循环,对促进乡村振兴,巩固脱贫成果,切实达成语言扶贫、健康扶贫目标有着深远的意义。
The development of rural construction and the promotion of resident quality have been the foundation and focus of national action plan for mandarin popularization and poverty alleviation.There are some problems in traditional mandarin popularization model,such as the lack of diverse forms,suitable content,and consistent efforts.Sampling 32,000 participants in 59 villages of Shanxi Province,this paper,with the professional advantages of Chinese medicine colleges and universities,probes into the merits and demerits of traditional mandarin popularization model to find the focus of current mandarin popularization in rural areas.It’s proposed to build a featured mandarin popularization model with various“mandarin popularization+”,such as innovative and sustainable“mandarin popularization+medical popularization”,“mandarin popularization+Chinese medicine planting”,“mandarin popularization+educational information popularization”,“mandarin popularization+rural entrepreneurship”and“mandarin popularization+digitization”,and“mandarin popularization with medicine support”as its core,so as to promote the effect and satisfaction of the popularization.It will not only solve the long-standing medical problems in rural areas to achieve a virtuous circle of mutual popularization of mandarin and medicine,but it’s of far-reaching significance to promoting rural revitalization,consolidating the achievements in poverty alleviation,and realizing the goal of language and health poverty alleviation.
