灯泡贯流式机组轴承润滑油系统油泵控制措施优化研究

摘要 小溪滩水电站灯泡贯流式水轮发电机组发生过烧瓦事故,为了消除烧瓦故障,研究事故产生的根源。研究发现由于PLC控制模式下CPU死机,导致控制指令无法更新,主油泵停止运行,备用油泵不会自动启动,最终运行的机组因缺少润滑油而造成烧瓦。为了消除烧瓦事故,设计了润滑油系统油泵控制的优化方案,增设油泵备用控制系统、改善PLC运行环境、新增油位控制器等改进措施。结果表明:方案解决了因CPU死机导致的烧瓦缺陷,取得投资少、控制稳定的良好效果。同类灯泡贯流式机组的PLC控制模式相同,研究方案彻底消除发现的重大事故隐患,为水电站安全、高效运行提供保障,具有一定的推广价值。 The bulb turbine generator unit of Xiaoxitan Hydropower Station experienced a tile burning accident.In order to eliminate the tile burning fault,the root cause of the accident is studied.Research has found that due to CPU crashes in PLC control mode,control commands cannot be updated,the main oil pump stopped running,the backup oil pump failed to start automatically,and finally the running unit burned out due to a lack of lubricating oil.In order to eliminate tile burning accidents,an optimization plan for the oil pump control of the lubricating oil system is designed,including adding a backup control system for the oil pump,improving the PLC operating environment,and adding an oil level controller.The results showed that the solution solved the tile burning defect caused by CPU crash,achieving good results with low investment and stable control.The PLC control mode of similar bulb turbine generator sets is the same,and the optimization plan completely eliminates the major accident hazards,providing guarantee for the safe and efficient operation of hydropower stations,and has certain promotion value.
